אפילו בעל החלומות אומר לו לאדם. הא לאשמועינן אפי׳ שניהם יחד שבעל החלומות אמר לו כן וגם חרב חדה מונח על צוארו אפ״ה אל ימנע עצמו מן הרחמים:

Rav Chanan adds: even if both come together, the master of dreams and the sword on his neck, he should not hold back from prayer
Even if the master of dreams tells a person: this comes to teach us that even [if] both [come] together, that the master of dreams told him so and also a sharp sword rests on his neck, even so he should not hold himself back from [praying for] mercy.
