“You give them their food in its time” is the food of the rich, given in plenty; “and satisfy every living thing [with its] desire” is the food of the poor, who are satisfied from ratzon and not from much food
“And You give them their food in its time” (Tehillim 145:15): this is the food of the rich, to whom He gives much food in its time. That is one. Two, as it is written, “and satisfy every living thing [with its] desire [ratzon]” (Tehillim 145:16): this is the food of the poor, who are satisfied from ratzon, and not from much food.
